Executive Team

Jason Bourne

Jason is the fourth generation in his family's transportation business.  After attending Oliver Ames High School and Babson College, he began working in the family business with his father at our Brockton, MA location where he assisted with all leasing and livery operations.  He began purchasing vehicles and selling many of Bourne's off-lease vehicles in 1996.  Before long, the used car operations had outgrown our Brockton location so he decided to expand to Easton, MA.  After outgrowing two locations in Easton, he moved the majority of the operations to our current location in Easton on Belmont Street in 2003 where we now have over 20 service bays and a full body shop.  In 2015, Jason purchased the former Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach facility which expanded the Bourne's footprint to Florida.  Bourne's is now recognized as one of the largest independent auto dealers in the United States while stocking 1,000+ vehicles and selling over 80,000 and counting.  Jason has received many accolades throughout his career and is actively involved with numerous charities.  Outside of the car business, he enjoys spending time with his family and their many activities.  He currently lives in Easton with his wife and four children.

Jacqui Bourne

Jacqui returned to the family business in 2002.  After completing her degree at Salve Regina in Newport she began working with the DYS and DSS programs.  She has had held numerous roles here at Bourne's from sales to service advising and assisting with livery operations all while organizing and implementing proper accounting practices.  Undoubtedly, the biggest accomplishment was implementing our current dealer management systems.  After extensive training the system went live in July of 2008.  Currently, Jacqui handles accounts receivable and manages the accounting department.  Jacqui grew up in Easton where she currently resides.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family on Cape Cod.

Andrew Segadelli
Sales Associate

Andrew is a Cape Cod native who is fairly new to Florida as he's been in the Sunshine State for approximately three years. He worked in customer service for the automotive industry for a year and a half before seizing the opportunity to work for Bourne's Auto Center. In January 2016, Andrew began his Florida journey by helping to open the Daytona Beach location as a salesman. He currently works as a sales associate.

Andrew earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH. When he's not working on getting you the best possible deals, he enjoys playing and watching sports, with a special devotion to the Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots. A lifelong beach community resident, he loves boating, summer fun with friends and recreation with his parents and two younger sisters.

Matt began his employment at Bourne's in November of 2016, originally from North Windham, CT. He has been one of the long standing top performers in our sales department and his strong knowledge of the auto industry ensures his customers are always satisfied.
Before joining Bourne's, Matt studied at the University of Connecticut. In his free time he loves to cook, spend time with his wife Kearsten, work on his cars and entertain family and friends in his backyard bar(n) "The 5.0".

Danielle was born and raised in Bronx, NY and attended Texas Southern University located in Houston, TX. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her son, watching movies, and working out.

This is Shaun Bishop, our Service Manager. 

Shaun began his employment at Bourne's in October 2017, originally from Kentucky. 

Before joining Bourne's, Shaun worked for Harley Davidson and other service departments for over 25 years. In his free time he loves to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and spending quality time with his wife and 2 kids.
